One of the biggest problems I faced when I was taking the first steps in starting my microgreens business was getting the seed density correct in my trays. I went through trays and trays of trial and error with different seed densities.

I would either sow my microgreeens seeds too dense, which would give my microgreens no room to breathe and they would get mold.

Or else, I was too cautious and I planted my microgreens seed too thinly, which would lead to a poor yield, which you guessed it, lead to reduced profits.

Luckily though, I took notes of everything I done along the way, and I now know the seed densities where I can get the maximum yield from my trays, with the most reduced chance of getting any mold.
